Hello, people! This is Steve, writing. Welcome to my web comics page!

If you surf around this website, you'll see that I've worked on about a zillion comics since starting my professional career in 1985. However, it's only been a couple of years since I started being really serious about pushing my own creations. I admit I've been bit too comfortable in my role as Spider-Man or Batman colorist.

Comiculture magazine has (and will continue to be) a great outlet for me as a creator, but lately, the idea of web comics is an idea I've warmed up to. What's most appealing about the web as a delivery system is the low overhead and instant publication. These features make web comics much more condusive to experimentation than print.

Anyway, here goes nothing! Below is the first of many ideas I want to develop exclusively for the web and Comiculture.com! I hope you dig 'em! --Steve
